It's pretty clear now that Arris G36 is a massive frustration to several customers. I can not have satisfactory use of my Xfinity 2 GB connection.
So my question is, instead of this dumb piece of plastic with bad tech inside and worst customer service, what do you folks suggest as a good modem wifi? Because this one is going to the trash can tomorrow.

According to the speed plan and the compatibility with your service provider you can get the modem so please use the below link to check for the right device that is compatible with Xfinity.
