I’m trying to set up my new G36 modem and keep getting stuck at the security check page as the Captcha is blank I go into 192.168.100.1 and the captcha is blank there as well suggestions?

Hello esblair,
By any chance are you using an Apple device? after a recent update of the Operating System they had issues with showing captcha codes but this was patched later. If in fact you’re using an Apple device try to update it to the latest version and try one more time.
