I’ve unplugged and replugged the power cord to try and get the WiFi to work but that did nothing. I did a factory reset and don’t know what to do now.

Since when have you been experiencing the internet outage? Was there any service disruption reported by your internet service provider?
Also, please share the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you are currently subscribed to.
