When I click OK. It just brings me back to the screen shot above in a negative feedback loop that I can’t get out of.
This is using my PC. I also tried using on my Android device and get the same messages and negative feedback loop.
This needs stop. Why does Chrome redirect my request to an https? Why have the Director of IT with Arris not been effectively able to have his/ her teams create an effective work - a - round for Arris customers?
Please help me understand what I need to do to correct this so I can access my router.
