Replaced my router with another surfboard C 34. I think it finds it every time I try to log into it. It says failed. I have unplugged it. I have reset the router I have added seven other devices. I can’t get the printer on there.

Try changing the Wi-Fi security mode.  Here are the steps.

Yes, that was the issue. Surfboard tech named Jim showed me how to do it. I am too happy! I tried to call Surfboard to complement the tech with his knowledge. It seems you know the same thing lol. All 10 devices up and running on the network. It’s funny what can make us happy.😃

Surfboard was the last phone call because they weren’t open. I tried Xfinity. I tried HP I lost count of those times. Every time they told me I needed to buy a new printer. But because I’m so stubborn I waited for Surfboard and they resolve my issue over the phone and then with an answer in the community.

Glad you got it sorted out.  I ran into the same issue with my printer.

Thank you so much for your response in your email. I saved the directions. I was too happy when it was resolved. I will troubleshoot until I pass out trying to find the issue lol you and Jim, who answered the tech helpline both know this
