Instead of asking for a username, its asking me for an email address. when I input the email I used to log into the app and register the device, it says the email isn’t associated with an account. Any idea how else I could get in. The app is really useless and won’t let me troubleshoot anything.

In this case we would suggest you to try uninstalling app and reset modem for 30secs without coax cable them after the modem reboots you can connect device to the modem default WIFI network and login to the interface using username and password. After resetting interface will ask you to setup the login credentials so this will help you to get into the page. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network.
