I just purchased an ARRIS G34 and set it up. The PC’s seem to access the web, although slowly. However I can’t seem to connect to streaming services, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. They either timeout or I get a no internet connect message. MY provider is SPectrum

Please try connecting to different wifi network or using the mobile hotspot are you able to access streaming services if that is working you can try re provisioning modem by your service provider then check again.
