The app confirms that I’m connected and then on the log in page it tells me it couldn’t connect to wi-fi. Any ideas?

For the confirmation on surfboard central app you see that you are connected to WIFI and the login page you mean the modem web interface/ GUI or what login page you refer to could you please explain on which screen you are getting this error “couldn’t connect to WIFI” ?
