cannot log in using IP address for G34

Make sure that the device you are using to access the web-based interface (GUI) is connected to the G34's primary Wi-Fi network or via an Ethernet connection.

If you try to access http://192.168.0.1, the page will warn that the connection is not secure, even though it actually is secure.

The problem I have now is that my thermostat and ring doorbell are offline and I don’t know how to fix them.  Is there any way I can reset to a few days earlier?

Could you please check whether the thermostat and doorbell are displaying the Wi-Fi network name (SSID)?

If they are, I recommend updating the security settings through the router’s web interface. To do this:

1. Log in to the GUI by visiting 192.168.0.1 in your browser.

2. Navigate to Gateway > Summary > Connection > WiFi.

3. Click Edit for the 2.4 GHz network.

4. Change the security mode to WPA/WPA2-PSK (TKIP/AES).
