                     In this case to login to the surfboard central app or into the modem interface you need to perform hard reset on the modem unit without coax cable for 30secs and that will allow you to setup modem login after the modem reboots. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network. After setting the interface login you can uninstall and reinstall app again to sign in.
