Normally, when you try to access the GUI web portal, a warning alert may appear. However, there's no need to worry—this is a false alert and does not pose any security risk.
To access the web interface, open any web browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar. This will redirect you to the Arris SURFboard login page.
If you’ve previously set up the SURFboard Central (SBC) app, the GUI portal will prompt you to enter your email address and password.
To retrieve your login credentials:

Open the SBC app.

Go to the home page and tap the menu bar.

Select Web Interface Page.

Scroll down to find the login credentials for the GUI portal.

Are you having any trouble accessing the Surfboard Central app?

Sorry for delay, but I have hand/ finger issues can’t always type. Installed the app but it cannot access web interface . and when I attempt to access interface on Safari or chrome , it gives unsafe website warnings and blocks, says invalid address, or risky credential and unsecure website, you have to ignore the warnings and proceed. I went through the same process with a telephone support tech using chrome.
