I want to change the account admin password but via the portal it says to use the app. Go into the surfboard central app and there is no option. Is there an option in the app? Is the surfboard central the correct app? The warning is it won’t sync to the app. Does it matter where you change the password at this point if there is no option in the app to change it?

We understand that you would like to change the web manager password. Sorry to inform that once the surfboard central app had been paired with your device only the surfboard central app generated password can be used to login.

So there is no option to change it in the app?
WARNING: To keep your account password in sync, it is recommended to update it using the SURFboard® App rather than changing it here.
