I recently traded out my Xfinity modem for my own G34 modem. Using the SURFboard Central app, I renamed the new SSID and password. For some reason the SSID reverted so it no longer connects to our devices. I've tried to rename it back but it doesn't appear to work when I'm not using the app on the actual network. We're traveling so don't have access to the network, but is it possible to rename the SSID remotely?

@PaulT Changing SSID is basic function.  However, it can only be done when you’re connected locally.  The G34 does not support remote management for security purposes.

@SURFboard_Moderator isn’t changing the SSID a pretty basic functional requirement for setting up a device?
