I need to set router to 2.4 ghz to operate Frameo picture frame. Settings only list the 5g info. How to I change to access 2.4?

By default the G36 device comes with two network bands: 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The 2.4GHz network covers a larger area but offers slower internet speeds, while the 5GHz network covers a smaller area and provides faster internet speeds.
Have you combined the network bands?
