I’m unable to log into the Web Manager to change my WiFi channel via this article. The portal asks for my password, which is shown not only on the Surfboard app on my phone but that I also saved to my password app when I originally set it up. I continue to receive a message “Please login first” after entering the correct username and password. How do I log in?

If you are using the surfboard central app then you can access modem GUI only through the app. Please follow the instruction mentioned on the below article to access GUI and to change wifi channel.
