I just bought an Arris G34 cable modem, but my internet plan is only up to 300 mps.  Can I still use this modem or is it not compatible with my internet speed/plan?

The G34 works with Internet speed plan up to 900 Mbps for most ISP.  You must check with your ISP to confirm if they allow G34 for your Internet plan.
