I cannot get my printer to connect since I ditched the cable company’s wireless router for the G36.  I have an HP Smart Tank Plus 551.  The HP app finds all my neighbor’s WiFi accounts but not mine.  Please help!

As you are unable to connect the printer with G36, make sure that led light is solid blue.

Restart your printer once and and  change the security mode in the modem with the steps given below:

1.Login on to 192.168.0.1 and login with user name and password.

2.In the Home screen, select Gateway>connection>Wi-Fi>networks and select edit for 2.4Ghz.

3.Select security mode either WPA2-PSK (AES) or WPA/WPA2-PSK(TPIK-AES).

4.And also customize the Wi-Fi password by using the link given below:

If the problem persists, after trying all the above steps, contact your printer manufacturer for further assistance.
