When me and my roommate got our internet setup for the G34 on of the setup in the app requires your to make an account, in this process there was never a password asked to be setup, when this happened we couldn’t continue to login in to our router through the IP web address. Does anyone know how to maybe press a forgot password or outright change it or does anyone know what this password may be? We’ve already tried the router password and other passwords we could’ve used but didn’t and even just tried not using one nothing works.

When you are setting up the surfboard central app you will be creating login password if you do not remember the password that you have created then no other option to change the login credentials for the app other than performing hard reset on the modem for 15-30 secs after uninstalling app then wait for the modem to reboot completely then connect device to the modem Wi-Fi. Install the SBC app then follow the steps mentioned on the below article to setup the surfboard app.
