Sold my G36. How do I remove all my information from Arris account?

Are you trying to remove G36 from the surfboard account on the surfboard central app? or if you just want reset the configuration done on the modem you can perform factory reset on the modem by pressing and holding reset button for 15-30 secs so the modem will go to the default settings and then you can use the credentials mentioned on the modem label to connect to the network.
