Keep losing internet but stays connected to tower. My internet provider showed Arris's issue and loaned me their equipment. Got warranty replacement from Arris SAME ISSUE! Phone support is not answering 7:30 Pm CST, when try chat keeps saying sn is incorrect and I am typing from the sticker on bottom. WTH?
Does chat support actually work? Keeps saying to double check s/n on warranty replacement! 1st time I ever regret buying Arris!
