Would it be possible for you to connect a computer directly to the gateway using an Ethernet cable? This would help us determine if the internet drops only on the Wi-Fi, or if it affects both Wi-Fi and hardwired connections.

Make sure that the gateway is placed in an open area to minimize Wi-Fi congestion.

If you find that the internet drops only on the Wi-Fi, I would suggest trying to change the Wi-Fi channels to improve the connection

It would be helpful to try changing the Wi-Fi channels to reduce congestion and improve the connection quality.

Please refer the link below, where you can find the steps to change the Wi-Fi channels

  1. Make sure your phone, computer, or tablet is connected to the main Wi-Fi network of the gateway before trying to open the web interface.

  2. Unplug both the coaxial cable and the power cable from the gateway. Then, plug in only the power cable (leave the coaxial cable unplugged).
  3. Note: Without the coaxial cable, the LED will flash blue, the Wi-Fi network names will still show up, and you can connect your device to them.
  4. If you can, connect a computer directly to the gateway using an Ethernet cable. This gives a more stable connection, but it's okay if you use Wi-Fi instead.

  5. Once you're able to log in to the web interface, plug the coaxial cable back in.

  6. Wait until the LED turns solid blue, which means the internet is working.

  7. Refresh the web interface page to check if you're still logged in and connected to the internet.
