Just installed and activated the Arris G34 in my home, in the upstairs bedroom. Cannot get Wi-Fi downstairs in our 1600 sq ft house despite the fact that this product on Amazon claims to cover 2400 sq ft. Do I need to configure this to cover the range or claims to cover? Some trick to it?

G34 can cover 1600 sq ft and just for your information 2.4 network will provide cover wider range with minimum speed and 5G network will provide better speed and will cover lesser range so make sure you are using WIFI network accordingly and we do have option to configure the WIFI settings to improve the WIFI range. we would suggest you to try changing WIFI channel. Please follow the steps mentioned on the below article to make the configuration.
