The links on this support site don’t work and the two surfboard apps don’t work.

I successfully factory reset.  But cannot access through either app or web interface because it will not accept any credentials.  I don’t even know the default credentials.

how do I contact someone to guide me today. Everything on this site leads to a dead end and no solution.

I finally managed to get a phone number to customer technical support and they helped me get to the configuration settings, but only through the web interface.  The Surfboard Central App leave the “Login” button greyed out after entering my password established through the web interface.  So the “advanced” features like changing my modem username ID from “admin” aren’t available.

If you set up the interface first, the default username will be admin, and this cannot be changed. However, if you set up the app either before or after configuring the interface page, the email address used during app setup will become the username for the interface login. This username is also not changeable.

If you want to set up the app after the interface page is already configured but the login option is grayed out, we recommend trying to set up the app on a different phone. If another phone is not available, restart your current phone and repeat the setup steps, making sure to select the option “The device is already set up with web interface.”
