G34 has no internet and flashs blue.

In this case you can try basic trouble shooting like restarting and resetting the modem?

If still same issue persist you can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for warranty claim.


I did all that but didn't help. Then next day it started back working for about 8hrs and now flashing blue again.

 

 


Have you tried to reprovision the modem with internet service provider?
