Hi Arris, 

I am trying to set up the android app and trying to connect to the modem. But the captcha always says incorrect captcha, though the correct characters were entered. I repeated this step atleast 30 times before giving up. 

Is this an app issue on andoird.

Please don't insult your self any more by replying " enter correct captcha it should resolve the issue ". I can upload a video if needed to show your superior app in action.

 

 

In this case we would suggest you to try uninstall the app and restart the modem for a minute then install the app on different device to setup. Please let us know the status when trying on different device.
