i just got a new phone and cannot utilize the Surfboard mobile app. I transferred the app from my old phone to my new phone. Now, I cannot get signed back into the app on my new phone. I do not want to reset my modem(G34).

If you have already set up the Surfboard Central app on your mobile device, please reinstall the app and then go through the setup process again. Select your preferred setup method for example, ‘New Device Setup with Mobile Application.’ Enter your email address and tap Sign In. You will receive a verification code; once you enter it, you’ll be redirected to the app’s home page.
