I’m considering purchasing the G34 Wi- Fi cable modem. Will I be able to download the app to my desk top computer? I don’t have a smart phone.

The Surfboard Central app cannot be downloaded on your computer, as it is specifically designed for smartphones. To set up the G34, you can use the app on a smartphone, or you can contact your internet service provider to activate the gateway, which is required for the initial setup to get an internet connection through the gateway.
