Hi all,

 

I once was able to log into my account, then I did a reset and now I can not login again.  I have tried the admin and password thing, my email I used for initial setup, etc. and nothing works.  The app tells me my email and the password to use, but nothing is allowing me in again….and suggestions? It keeps saying “ Invalid Login Credentials! “

                       On Surfboard central app even if the setup done previously after performing reset on the modem the configurations will be removed so you need to setup the app again and If the reset is not done properly you wont be able to access the interface even with the default login credentials so please make sure you done resetting by following the steps mentioned on the link below, after resetting please try uninstalling and reinstall app then setup again.
