I bought the G34 modem and got all the wires situated correctly with the router and the wall, but the setup app for the G34 is unavailable on Android devices. How can I complete the setup?

Make sure that you download the Surfboard Central app, verify that your internet connection is working when connected to the network, and also make sure your mobile phone is up to date.
