Can’t log into the web portal at all. I’ve done this over a few times including a factory reset. I’ve had web portal access but the app would never finish the setup with error. The very first setup I had the app working, but never could log into the web portal. After the factory reset I’m in the same situation I was the first time. App now works, web portal once again denies all attempts as incorrrect log in info.

The web portal login credentials are in the app, they’re in the web gui access screen.

Doesn't matter I had sent the modem back . 2nd modem in my phone would be stuck at 2 Mbps until I disconnected the wifi and reconnected. Then it started dropping internet completely, I'd have to boot the modem to fix.
