I cannot log into the admin interface, even after performing a reset.

Several months ago, I lost connection to my wifi suddenly.  It wasn’t an issue with my provider.  I realized that my wifi name was showing up as the factory name, not the name I’d given it.  I discovered I could use the factory default password and I was able to connect all my devices using that, but since then I haven’t been able to log into the admin interface.  I’d like to change my network name and password.  I tried doing a reset to see if that would allow me to use the default login credential and it still won’t work.

What can I do to get into the admin interface to change the password and network name?

If you need to change your network credentials, you can do it in two ways: either through the Surfboard Central app, if you have it set up, or via the web-based interface.

For more clarity please refer to the below link, where you can find the steps to change the network credentials through the surfboard central app.

To change your network credentials using the web-based interface, please follow the steps in the link below.
