g34 error code 0002-1002, blinking blue and no internet

Just bought this g34 called Breezeline to activate it to our account. They’ve sent signals and resent signals. Still nothing. They said everything’s is working on their end. I have a blue blinking like on the front of the g36. When they send the signals over it does change the colors on the front from solid orange to slow blinking blue then solid green then blinking green to solid blue then fast blinking blue. Then the blue just stays blinking. The network name will pop up in our WiFi section but under it it says no internet connection. I’m willing to try anything.

Try performing hard reset on the modem for 30 secs by press and holding the reset button and after modem reboots completely check for the LED light status and if still same please disconnect the coax cable from the modem then try accessing modem GUI or web interface of G36 by connecting any device to the modem wifi network or to the modem directly to check the LAN and WAN IP address.
