Could you please let us know if there were any lights on the Ethernet port when the ports were connected?
Please try accessing the web interface by using http://192.168.0.1 on the any device connected via Wi-Fi.
After logging in, go to Gateway > Hardware > Ethernet. There, you’ll find an option to toggle the port by disabling it and then enabling it again.
Then, I would suggest you to check if the ethernet connection works.
If still persists then I would recommend performing a factory reset on the device. This will restore the gateway to its default settings.
