All the Ethernet ports keep going offline (no lights). I power cycle the modem it’s good for a few minutes and the ethernet ports go offline again. How do I open an RMA to get the modem replaced?

In this case please try doing a hard reset on the modem without coax cable for 30secs and then check for the lights on the modem ethernet ports. If still issue persist please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if your modem is under warranty.
