Ethernet is not updating to 1000mbps on web interface and reverts to 10.
Tried cat5 and 6 wires. No difference and this is connected directly to port 1.
Wifi is great but Ethernet is only at 90.

Could you let us know whether the slow speed internet connection through hardwired, is that resolved?
Resolved.
Unfortunately Arris was not helpful through their support. Very disappointed with Arris team and product issues.
