I have an unusual problem. My wifi password ends with an ampersand (&). I thought at first it was just a display problem. When I viewed the password in the surfboard app. the ampersand is encoded to ‘&’. But then when I tried to do some reconfiguration the app asked if I wanted to join the router (since I changed the auto join to off) and it passed the encoded version of the password to my phone’s wifi connection. And now I don’t have wifi at all. Looks like I’ll need to reset and start over.
So, please fix the password problem and remove all encoding before display and passing the password string to the wifi connection.
