How do you activate mobile app for G34. Very difficult app to navigate

If you're trying to complete the setup using the mobile app, please ensure that the G34 gateway has an active internet connection.

Have you contacted your internet service provider to activate the gateway? If so, connect to the G34’s network and check whether you have internet access.

If the internet is working, you can proceed with the app setup. Please refer to the link below for step-by-step instructions on setting up the app.
