I recently purchased a G34 modem and it has doors communicating with my isp after just 2 months. I am unable to get Arris support for this modem and it has a 2 year warranty to boot! Obviously the warranty is only as good as toilet paper, as it has dissolved very quickly along with any customer support! Thanks Arris for making this decision for me to NEVER purchase another one of your products again, and trust me, when you lose a customer they tell 10 people, when you do right by a customer they tell 1 person, statistical fact. You can probably guess which direction I am taking! Good riddance!
