Happens about 4 times per day, any solution other than rebooting gateway?

Is your modem losing power intermittently or having only drop out on the internet connection?

If power light on the modem is going off then you can try changing power adaptor or the power cable and check the modem.

If the internet drops check whether its on wifi or even on the direct connection?
