I ordered modem then it declined because billing address error and I’ve tried disputing with bank but they said no error was made and I don’t have the modem .how long does refund take since the money is gone from account and I ordered from surfboard or was that a scam ? I ordered march 4, it was declined March 5 so is it automatically refunded as it’s out of stock now I can’t even reorder it ?
