New G34 from Amazon, the only page I can connect to is the router page, but the modem shows no issues and I can ping just fine.

Could you please confirm the name of your Internet Service Provider, as well as the speed plan you are currently subscribed to?

When the coaxial cable is connected, the G34 should display a solid blue LED, indicating that a connection has been established with your Internet Service Provider. Please check and confirm that the LED is steadily blue.
If the LED is solid blue but you still cannot access the internet, please contact your Internet Service Provider and request that they reprovision the gateway. Additionally, we recommend connecting the gateway to a different coaxial outlet within your property, if available, to help isolate the issue.
