John, thank you for your reply. My connection has been dropping constantly for a week, exactly how you describe. Glad to know I'm not the only one. I was blaming Comcast but they say there are no service outages.
I haven't had this device long enough for it to work this poorly… But too long to return it.

Is this issue happening only on Wi-Fi or even on the devices connected to modem directly?
