I am using a G34. I set up a profile and added devices to the profile along with start and stop times however the devices added to the profile are still connected to the wifi past the stop time.

Whenever you set up parental controls for a device connected to the network, you must reserve its IP address. This is because, on the G34, the IP address assigned to a device can change frequently by default. Parental control rules are applied to the device’s IP address, so if the IP keeps changing, the rules will not remain effective.
Please refer to the link below for instructions on how to reserve an IP address using the Surfboard Central app.
After reserving the IP address, redo the parental control setup for the devices you want to manage.
