What exactly is a TOKEN when setting up DYNDNS and port forwarding?

TOKEN and the other details mentioned on the NYNDNS will be provided by your service provider only you can click on the more option on the same screen to check description.

Port forwarding will not be asking for TOKEN number while configuring.
