I have to reboot everyday or my download speeds are as low as they can go

Thank you for sharing the information. Since you are experiencing slow speed on both wired and wireless connections, I would suggest checking the cable signal levels to make sure they are all in range.

Could you please let us know who your internet service provider is and the speed plan you have subscribed to?

Does the slow speed occur only on the Wi-Fi, or does it also affect the wired connection as well?

My service provider is Service Electric Cablevision from Hazleton, PA.  My speed is 250.  Slow speed is on wireless and wired.

Since your service provider is Service Electric Cablevision, please confirm whether you're using a coaxial cable connection or fiber optics. The G34 is typically compatible with coaxial cable, and it's compatible only when operating in router mode.
