I thought it was my modem going out....so I bought the G36 so I can have service! Trying to replace this G-34 is a headache! And now...NOW as I am reading...my G34 is more than likely good...just missing the update... I've lost a lot of money and time over this stupidity!!! And the QR Code keeps coming up as INVALID CODE!! SINCE THEY MOVED AWAY FROM A SIMPLE MAC ADDRESS AND SO FORTH...ITS EVEN MORE CONFUSING...🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️21 DAYS AND COUNTING....no Internet Signal in my house😤😤😤

did you call your ISP?
you can activate with the mac address by calling them.
And if it isn’t getting a signal, they can address that aspect of it.
