Just got back from a 2 week trip to find that our Surfboard isn’t working. No lights, no change after cycling the power.

In this case we would suggest you to try connecting modem to different power ooutlet or using different power cable to test the modem and also try resetting modem once to confirm the LED light status on it. Insert pin inside the reset hole press and hold it for 15-30secs then check the lights.
After the above-mentioned steps if still the LED lights are off on G34, If the modem is in-warranty within 2 years of time from the date pf purchase then please contact arris.com/consumersupport further assistance
