Why has Arris not responded to the problem of G34 login in endless loop?

I have tried multiple times to use the admin/password - and it keeps giving me msg ‘login first’

 

have double checked password - and its correct - not getting msg - invalid credentials 

 

Fix the dam software and send us the update!

In this case to isolate the issue could you please help us with the following details.

Are you using surfboard central app?

Did you performed any trouble shooting on the modem?
also could you please help us with screen shot where you get the login message.
