Its more about what your ISP supports. The upload side of modems has always been held back by the ISP. For example, my 1.2gig download connection only has a 35mbps upload. But thats set by the ISP. They can increase that as I’ve only got 4x of my 8x channels locked. It isn’t usually the modem that’s holding back the upload speeds.
