Hello, the G34 is not and I don’t believe has ever connected to my iphone. I continually get the spinning/loading ball when I’m just 2 feet away from it and the speed test I have done using an app called Speed Smart is showing very very low download and upload speeds. I called my internet provider and they say the signal is fine.
I’m not great at all this technical stuff either.
please help.

Could you please let us know who your internet service provider is and what speed plan you are currently subscribed to?
Also, are you experiencing slow speeds only over Wi-Fi, or does it occur on wired (Ethernet) connections as well?
If the issue is with Wi-Fi, does the slow speed affect all connected devices or just specific ones?
